LakeCities Ballet Theatre is delighted to present its annual Fall performance of “Le Ballet de Dracula.” This original ballet, written by Tom Rutherford and masterfully choreographed by LBT Artistic Director, Kelly Kilburn Lannin, has become a seasonal Halloween classic! LBT brings this spooktacular tale to Lewisville audiences in three live performances this Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The evil, yet popular, Count Dracula will be danced by Ronnie Underwood, premier dance instructor at Tulsa Dance Company. Ronnie enjoys training the next generation of dancers, artists and athletes with his motivational teaching style! He is excited to come out of retirement for LakeCities Ballet Theatre to perform a role he has always wanted to dance, Dracula! This year, dancing the role of Aurelia, will be LBT member Josephine Keith and dancing the role of Marcela will be LBT member, Lisa Genovese. Come to these family-friendly holiday performances and enjoy a good fright, if you dare!

The Grand is Lewisville’s home for the arts. It presents a variety of regional and national touring performers, art exhibits, and classes, while also giving the many arts groups in the greater Lewisville area a facility to perform and display their works. Its multiple performance spaces play host to a variety of events, including live music, theater, dance performances, comedy shows, and more. The center features the 294-seat Huffines Performance Hall, black box theater, recital hall, art gallery, and courtyard.
To reach The Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center. Please be aware, the State of Texas is performing roadway construction at Main Street and I-35E.
