Conversations with Artists: What There They Thinking?
On Sunday, June 1, 3-5 p.m., join the Visual Art League of Lewisville for an informal and inspiring “chat” session in the Education Hallway Gallery at the Lewisville Grand Theater. Visual Art League of Lewisville members will be speaking about their art in the Portraits exhibition. Learn about the meaning, inspiration and materials of their artwork. This is also an opportunity for members and guests to ask questions and make a genuine connection with artists and the community.
All Visual Art League of Lewisville members and the public. The event is free! Non-members are encouraged to attend and learn more about the benefits of joining the Visual Art League of Lewisville.

Inspiration Award: $50
The art awards will be held in conjunction with Conversations with Artists. Those in attendance will vote for the winning entries after the Conversations with Artists has concluded. All submissions in the exhibit have an opportunity to win an award. (Artists do not have to speak to be eligible to receive an award).
Portraits will be on display in the Education Hall Gallery from May 10 – June 7, 2025. Gallery hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. and evenings when there are other public programs scheduled in the building.
To reach The Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center.
