Pilates in the Plaza with Audrey Green-Redier

Bring your own fitness mat and start practicing the principles of Classical Pilates in Wayne Ferguson Plaza in Old Town Lewisville. Audrey Green-Redier with, Pilates in the City, will be teaching the essentials and adding progressions as the mat work vocabulary is expanded so that any level may benefit from the restorative & strength conditioning benefits of Pilates.

These classes are for anyone interested in learning the mat repertoire & working on alignment & form – developing stability, controlled movement & their “deepest-darkest”, yet supple, core.
Classes are open to all skill levels. Classes progress so any level can benefit from the restorative and strength conditioning.

Classes will be held every Saturday in October at 8:30 a.m. (except Oct. 21).

In November classes will be held on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Last class date is Nov. 29.
