J. Isaiah Evans & The Boss Tweed at Lewisville Western Days
J. Isaiah Evans & The Boss Tweed takes the Republic Services Main Stage at Western Days on Saturday, Sept. 27, 3:30 p.m.
Fueled by American rock & roll and Texan country-boogie, J. Isaiah Evans & The Boss Tweed play revved-up roots music for garages, roadhouses, and juke joints. It’s an old-school sound for the modern age. The band’s just release debut album, Americana Radio, finds the guys reimagining the organ trio — an ensemble traditionally seen in jazz music — as a vehicle for lean, mean rock & roll.
Lewisville Western Days takes place Friday, Sept. 26, 4-11:30 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 27, Noon-11:30 p.m. Admission is FREE before 6 p.m. both days, and $15 after 6 p.m. for everyone except children 12 and younger, who are always free. Tickets will be available after Sept. 5.
