Saturday at the Cabin

Step back in time when you visit the historic Minor-Porter log house, which was built around 1869.  Visitors of all ages are welcome to arrive any time during the open house hours for this come and go tour. You’ll get a feel for pioneer life as you tour the log house and surrounding buildings with knowledgeable docents who can answer your questions.

Come prepared: the log house is located about 0.4 miles from the Cicad Pavilion parking lot, along the Cottonwood Trail.  Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a bottle of water.

Entrance to LLELA is $5/vehicle and payment is by debit or credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) we do not accect tap to pay or cash.
