Perseids Meteor Shower Viewing Party!

Join us after hours for a exciting viewing of the 2026 Perseids Meteor Shower! 

The Perseids is one of the best meteor showers to observe, producing up to 60 meteors per hour at its peak.  It is produced by comet Swift-Tuttle, which was discovered in 1862.  the Perseids are famous for producing a large number of bright meteors.  The shower runs annually from July17 to August 13.  Meteors will radiate from the constellation Perseus, but can appear anywhere in the sky. Bring your favorite blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the show on the lawn of the Cicada/Cottonwood Pavilion!

Only $25 per person, ages 5 and up are welcome!

Registration is required via our online registration software, Amilia. Registration closes Tuesday, August 11 at 5pm.
