Pilates in the Plaza with Audrey

Free Pilates classes will be held in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street, on Thursday evenings, 6-6:45 p.m.
Audrey Green-Redier, with @audreyatpitc, will teach the fundamentals of the exercise and will add weekly progressions so that any level can benefit from the restorative and strength conditioning. These classes are for anyone interested in learning or deepening their practice, developing strength, grace, and core. Attendees must bring their own yoga mat.
During the warming months some instructors will move class to the shady portion of the Plaza. This area is between the alleyway and Main Street.
