🍹 HOLIDAY COCKTAILS:
Festive Fig Mule: Our holiday spin on a classic mule, made with festive fig vodka, ginger beer, cranberry juice and a splash of lime. Garnished with mint sprigs and fresh cranberries, this mule will kick you into the holiday spirit!
The Nutcracker: Inspired by the pecans falling on the Baja patio, this dessert delight is smooooth… Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon from Fort Worth mixed with Rumchata, served in a brown sugar rimmed glass, garnished with whipped topping and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Cran-Orange Reindeer Rita: This Holiday rita is made with Socorro Blanco Tequila, Jalisco Orange Liquor, cranberry juice and a splash of lime. An orange wedge garnish on top of mint sprigs and fresh cranberries make for the Holiday rita we all deserve!
🌮 BIRRIA TACOS ARE BACK:
Officially on the Baja menu as of this weekend, our Birria Tacos are a must try! Every batch of beef is first slow cooked for 3 hours, served on flash fried tortillas and topped with pickled onions, queso fresco and jalapeños. Served with Mexican rice and Birria stew for dipping, this dish is DELICIOUS. 🤤
THIS WEEKEND ONLY:
In honor of Penny Ruffles, we’re introducing The Baja Flamethrower! Tanteo chipotle tequila, fresh lime juice, blackberry syrup, agave, blackberry garnish and served with a tajin rim. This drink has heat on the front end but finishes sweet, just like Penny! 🔥
